About our working method
In most cases, normal operations can continue during our work. We regularly repair floors in active production facilities and retail environments that remain open to the public. If necessary, work can also be carried out outside regular office hours. Faber Vloerliften is flexible and happy to accommodate your operational requirements.
For crack repair, we work together with specialised partners, allowing you to have a single point of contact for the entire project. Cracks in concrete floors, roads, or paved areas often indicate settlement of the subsoil. Faber Vloerliften stabilises and lifts the floor while filling all voids beneath it, helping to prevent future damage.
Our process is straightforward and consists of four steps, from inspection to project completion. No, this falls outside our area of expertise. We recommend contacting a geotechnical investigation company. These specialists carry out detailed soil surveys and provide insight into the composition and bearing capacity of the subsoil. Yes, Faber Vloerliften operates throughout the Netherlands. As part of Faber Betonpompen BV, we have five locations across the country from which we execute our projects.
Yes, Faber Vloerliften is also active internationally. We carry out projects in countries including Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, France, and Luxembourg.
This depends entirely on the floor thickness and the degree of settlement. In practice, this generally ranges from approximately 100 to 1,000 m² per day.
Faber Vloerliften operates its own foam concrete vehicles, which have been developed and are maintained by our technical team. The foam concrete is produced directly on site, allowing us to remain flexible regarding the required volume and ensuring that we use exactly the quantity needed. This prevents waste and guarantees product quality.
Preparation
In most cases, cabinets, machinery, and shelving systems can remain in place during the work. As long as the floor is free from floor coverings or other surface finishes, we can carry out our work.

Our foam concrete is certified by BCRG and KIWA, and we also hold an FEV declaration. These certifications demonstrate the quality and safety of our products for both the environment and public health. This allows us to provide a sustainable and reliable solution for lifting subsided floors while ensuring environmental and health standards are maintained.
Rigid foam is a chemical product that expands and hardens quickly. The foaming agent used in the foam concrete of Faber Vloerliften, on the other hand, is organic and recyclable. Unlike rigid foam, foam concrete does not expand, allowing floors to be lifted with much greater precision. For this reason, it is often used on larger surfaces and projects where accuracy is important. Because the expansion of rigid foam is more difficult to control, it is mainly used for rapid lifting projects where flatness and precision are less critical. Would you like to learn more? Every settlement issue is unique and requires a tailored approach. Faber Vloerliften works with a starting fee based on the required materials, combined with a fixed price per cubic metre of foam concrete. The duration of a project depends on several factors, including floor thickness, the extent of settlement, and the total surface area. In many cases, however, projects can be completed within one or a few days.
Our work does not necessarily mean that operations need to stop or that access must be restricted. Because we work dust-free, shelving systems and machinery can often remain in place, and shops can usually remain open to customers. We would be happy to assess whether this is possible in your specific situation. We also offer flexibility regarding working hours.
The floor can be walked on immediately after completion of the work. Please note that the floor reaches full load-bearing capacity after approximately 48 hours, once the foam concrete has completely cured. From that moment, the compressive strength and product performance are guaranteed in accordance with our certifications.
