Lifting and stabilizing floors in four simple steps
Our working method
Dust-free, sustainable and without demolition or breaking work
With Faber Vloerliften you choose a sustainable solution and you can quickly return to full operation.

The benefits of Faber Vloerliften
By injecting foam concrete through small drill holes beneath the existing floor, we can lift and stabilize floors without major disruptive work. In most cases, there is no need to move heavy equipment and the surrounding area remains largely accessible and in use. Within a short time, the floor is stabilized and restored to the desired level. The foam concrete we use has high compressive strength and provides a durable and stable substructure. This ensures a long-lasting result and allows the floor to be used for many years without problems.
The process:
At Faber Vloerliften we work according to a clear and efficient step-by-step method. Using our proven injection technique, we restore sunken floors quickly and accurately to the correct level, without demolition or breaking work. This allows floors, both indoors and outdoors, to be restored in a cost-efficient way without unnecessary operational downtime. Racking systems or machinery can often remain in place and, where possible, be lifted along in a controlled way. Depending on the size and complexity of the project, a floor can often be lifted and stabilized within a short timeframe. Our process consists of four clear steps:

01
Technical inspection
Every project starts with a thorough inspection of the floor and subsoil. We analyze the cause of the settlement, assess the structure and determine together with you the desired final level. Based on this, we create a tailored action plan.
02
Drilling injection holes
We then drill small, strategically placed holes in the floor. These holes are minimal in size and are used to inject foam concrete precisely beneath the surface.

03
Injecting foam concrete
Through these holes, we inject our specially developed foam concrete under the floor. This material fills voids in the subsoil and ensures that the floor is lifted in a controlled and millimetre-accurate way to the desired level.
04
Hardening and stabilization
The injected material hardens quickly and forms a strong, stable base. This prevents further settlement and ensures the floor is almost immediately load-bearing again after completion of the work.
