Responsible Floor Restoration: For People, Animals and the Environment
We take responsibility
Floor restoration by Faber Vloerliften is a sustainable choice. We guarantee the highest product quality with minimal environmental impact. Discover our sustainable approach below.
Soil quality and the Environment
The foam concrete used by Faber Vloerliften for floor lifting and injection applications comes into direct contact with the subsoil. It is therefore essential that this material does not release harmful substances or vapours into the surrounding soil or environment. We develop and test our foam concrete in our own laboratory and testing facilities. To further guarantee quality and safety, our products are independently inspected and certified. The foam concrete used by Faber Vloerliften is certified by SGS, an independent organization that monitors product quality and environmental performance. This allows us to stand behind our promises and ensures that you receive a sustainable and reliable solution.

Long-term product quality
Product quality is essential for a sustainable solution. That is why we extensively test the compressive strength and performance of our foam concrete. Our products are KIWA and BCRG certified, providing assurance of a reliable and long-lasting solution. This ensures that you can enjoy a stable and level floor for many years to come.
Sustainable production
At Faber Vloerliften, foam concrete is produced on-site using our own mobile mixing units. This reduces transportation movements and has a positive impact on the Environmental Cost Indicator (ECI), which measures the total environmental impact of a product or construction project. An additional advantage of on-site production is flexibility. If more or less foam concrete is required during the project than initially anticipated, we can respond immediately. This allows us to produce exactly the required quantity and prevent unnecessary waste.

Veelgestelde vragen
In most cases, normal operations can continue during our work. We regularly repair floors in active production facilities and retail environments that remain open to the public. If necessary, work can also be carried out outside regular office hours. Faber Vloerliften is flexible and happy to accommodate your operational requirements.
In most cases, cabinets, machinery, and shelving systems can remain in place during the work. As long as the floor is free from floor coverings or other surface finishes, we can carry out our work.
In many situations, cabinets, machinery, and shelving are carefully lifted together with the floor. Because we work dust-free and without demolition work, very few preparatory measures are required.
To properly assess cracks, settlement, and other indicators, it is important that the floor is free from floor coverings or other surface finishes. Machinery, shelving, and cabinets can usually remain in place, provided that we are able to accurately monitor floor levels before and during the lifting process.
For crack repair, we work together with specialised partners, allowing you to have a single point of contact for the entire project. Cracks in concrete floors, roads, or paved areas often indicate settlement of the subsoil. Faber Vloerliften stabilises and lifts the floor while filling all voids beneath it, helping to prevent future damage.
We understand that cracks in your floor can be concerning. In most cases, cracks indicate settlement of the subsoil, but this does not always require immediate action. We are happy to advise you on the appropriate next steps as part of our service.
If prompt action is necessary, Faber Vloerliften can respond quickly and flexibly. Feel free to contact us so we can assess the situation on site and provide professional and honest advice.
